The Pro range lineup covers 36- and 48-inch gas and dual-fuel models, some with a sous vide section, an induction section, a griddle or a steam-combi oven, and a 36-inch induction range with five elements; the 30-inch gas slide-in comes from an earlier SKS generation with its own manual. The model number decides which code table applies.
Every section has its own code band
On the SKS Pro ranges the oven display uses F1 to F25, the induction section's knob LED uses F33 to F45, the griddle uses F51 to F59 and the sous vide module uses F62. The band tells a technician which board to test before the range is opened.
Extra Low Simmer cycles the flame
The small burners have S1 to S3 simmer settings that turn the flame off and on at set intervals, with longer gaps toward S1, and the igniters relight it each time. A burner that seems to go out and click on its own at those settings is working as designed.
An oven code with working burners
On the 30-inch gas slide-in, SKS notes that F9 or F19 can appear while the burners work normally when the gas pressure regulator valve is closed. That is an installation check for a technician, not a sign that the oven has failed.
Loc is a lock you can set
On the gas slide-in, Loc means the Lock Out feature is on: the oven door is locked and most oven and burner controls will not start, though the timer and oven light still work. Holding Probe for three seconds with the mode knob at Off releases it.
Parts
SKS ranges share one owner's manual across several Pro models, but boards and modules differ by configuration, so the exact model and serial number are confirmed before an order. Lead times were not confirmed on an SKS source.
Repair or replace
An SKS range code usually isolates one board, one module or one oven circuit, and those are replaced individually. On a built-in luxury range, repair is the usual answer unless several sections have failed at once.
