The gas griddle does not use a spark igniter: an electric glow wire near the burner heats until it lights the gas. A griddle that will not light while the burners do points to that wire or its circuit.

Burners relight on their own

The Sofia Pro gas top has electronic auto re-ignition, so if any flame goes out the igniter sparks to relight it. Clicking that starts during cooking is usually that feature responding to a draft or a boil-over.

My Fulgor Milano range shows F15. What happened?
An oven knob sat between OFF and SELF-CLEAN, or between PRESET and SELF-CLEAN, for 30 seconds or more. Turn every oven knob to OFF, switch the range off at the breaker for a few seconds, and book a visit if F15 comes back with the knobs off.
Why does my Fulgor Milano oven show F13 when I pick a mode?
F13 appears when the meat probe is plugged in and the chosen mode does not work with it. Only Convection Bake, Convection Roast and Bake accept the probe, so pick one of those or unplug the probe.
The oven door on my Fulgor Milano range stays locked after it cooled. What should I do?
Fulgor's advice is to switch the oven off at the breaker, wait a few seconds and switch it back on so the control resets. If the door stays locked or an F03 or F04 code appears, book a visit.
What does the Fan failure light mean on a Fulgor Milano gas range?
It lights when the cooling-fan system has a problem, and Fulgor's instruction is to contact a technician. Avoid long oven sessions until it is checked, and book a visit.
