Book a visit

Three short steps, about a minute.

or call (844) 875-7576

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from AGA's own guidance for E2 on its ranges. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Turn the zone off and let the top cool fully.

02

Keep the space around the range clear; if E2 returns during ordinary cooking, book a visit to check the installation and its ventilation.

Still there?

It usually turns into surface element and glass top repair. Book with the code and the model number.

What not to do

E2 is not a pan-detection message. A missing or unsuitable pan shows its own symbol instead.

What you may
notice with it.

The range problems E2 tends to arrive with. Answer these at the range before anyone is booked.

Questions
about E2.

Can I clear E2 myself?
Turn the zone off and let the top cool fully. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Did a boiled-dry pan cause E2 on my AGA Elise?
It can. AGA lists a pan boiled dry alongside poor ventilation, so let the top cool and see whether E2 stays away with a filled pan.
Why does E2 keep coming back on my AGA Mercury?
Repeated E2 with normal, filled pans points to heat not escaping from around the range. AGA's first check is the installation and its ventilation.

Still showing E2?

Book with the code exactly as it appears, the full model number, and whether you notice any smell of gas or scorching — with a code, that is where the diagnosis begins.
