Each eR7 zone reports its heat through thermocouples wired to the user panel, and 007 means the panel itself has lost the ability to process those readings. Because every zone depends on them, AGA treats the panel as the part to replace when 007 keeps coming back.

What to do when 007 shows on the rangeKind of codeTemperature sensor
The oven sensor sent a reading the control would not accept, or one that climbed well past the setting. A loose plug or a sensor that has drifted is ruled out before the control board, and a temperature that keeps rising means the range is switched off at the breaker first.
