Book a visit

Three short steps, about a minute.

or call (844) 875-7576

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from ZLINE's own guidance for F/4 on its ranges. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Turn the range off right away and switch it off at the breaker.

02

Book a visit before using any zone again.

Still there?

It usually turns into surface element and glass top repair. Book with the code and the model number.

What not to do

F/4 is not the IGBT overheating message; that is E/2, which can clear once the range cools.

What you may
notice with it.

The range problems F/4 tends to arrive with. Answer these at the range before anyone is booked.

Questions
about F/4.

Can I clear F/4 myself?
Turn the range off right away and switch it off at the breaker. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Why does ZLINE say to switch off immediately for F/4?
The code points to the part that drives power into the coil, and ZLINE warns that continued operation may damage the internal electronics.
Will F/4 on my ZLINE go away after the range cools?
Cooling is the remedy for E/2, not F/4. F/4 needs the transistor circuit checked.
