Book a visit

Three short steps, about a minute.

or call (844) 875-7576

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from ILVE's own guidance for E on its ranges. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Switch the zone off and let the top cool.

02

If E comes back, book a visit and mention whether lights or other appliances flickered at the time.

Still there?

It usually turns into surface element and glass top repair. Book with the code and the model number.

What not to do

A single E is not the same as the numbered E codes on the Majestic II, which ILVE ties to specific parts.

What you may
notice with it.

The range problems E tends to arrive with. Answer these at the range before anyone is booked.

Questions
about E.

Can I clear E myself?
Switch the zone off and let the top cool. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
What counts as an external error on an ILVE induction range?
ILVE does not define it further. The manual's nearby note about shutting off on excess heat or supply problems is the closest clue.
Should I call an electrician for E on my ILVE?
If E keeps returning and the house has had power dips, a supply check is reasonable. Book a visit as well so the range side is tested.

Still showing E?

Book with the code exactly as it appears, the full model number, and whether you notice any smell of gas or scorching — with a code, that is where the diagnosis begins.
