C-24 tells you the oven's venting is blocked. Dacor's manual names aluminum foil, or other material laid in the oven, as the thing to look for.

The oven under the burners called for heat and the cavity did not warm the way the control planned. On an electric oven a bake or broil element that has burned open is the usual cause; on a gas oven the igniter and the valve it opens come first. The wiring and the relay are checked before the board takes the blame.

Open the oven door and leave it for at least 60 seconds, or disconnect power, to reset the message.
Find and remove any foil or other material blocking an oven vent or air passage, then run the oven again.
