Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from Dacor's own guidance for C-F0 on its ranges. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Turn the knobs to OFF and restart; if C-F0 persists, disconnect all power for at least 30 seconds and reconnect.

02

If the code survives the power cycle, book a visit.

Still there?

It usually turns into knobs, switches and controls. Book with the code and the model number.

What not to do

C-F0 is not a Wi-Fi or SmartThings message; the link it reports is inside the range.

What you may
notice with it.

The range problems C-F0 tends to arrive with. Answer these at the range before anyone is booked.

Questions
about C-F0.

Can I clear C-F0 myself?
Turn the knobs to OFF and restart; if C-F0 persists, disconnect all power for at least 30 seconds and reconnect. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Does C-F0 on my Dacor mean a board has to be replaced?
Not always. The code reports a broken link between two boards, and a loose connector can break it as well as a board can. The power cycle comes first; a technician then checks the connection before any part is ordered.
How is C-F0 different from C-F2 on a Dacor range?
Both are internal link codes, but between different parts: C-F0 is the main board and the sub board, while C-F2 is the main board and the touch panel. Telling the technician which one you saw narrows the search.

Still showing C-F0?

Book with the code exactly as it appears, the full model number, and whether you notice any smell of gas or scorching — with a code, that is where the diagnosis begins.
