What 0E
actually means.
0E means the control senses a power relay as shorted, closed at a moment when it should be open. Wolf names three possible sources: that relay, the element circuit it feeds, or the drive circuitry that switches it.

What to do when 0E shows on the rangeKind of codeOven heating
The oven under the burners called for heat and the cavity did not warm the way the control planned. On an electric oven a bake or broil element that has burned open is the usual cause; on a gas oven the igniter and the valve it opens come first. The wiring and the relay are checked before the board takes the blame.
Usually leads toBake and broil elements
An electric range oven that stays cold, heats only from above or below, or will not broil, traced to the elements, their terminals or the relay that switches them.
Shows up asRange Oven Temperature Wrong
Recipes burn or come out underdone, and an oven thermometer disagrees with the temperature set on the range.

SourceWolf answer: legacy dual-fuel range, error code 0E
Legacy Wolf dual-fuel ranges. Owners often read it as OE, and Wolf's page lists both spellings.
Before you book,
in this order.
Each step comes from Wolf's own guidance for 0E on its ranges. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.
Turn the oven off; if it still heats, switch the range off at the breaker right away.
Restore power and watch for the code. If 0E returns or the oven heats on its own, leave the breaker off and book a visit.
What not to do
0E is not the letter O and the letter E as a message; Wolf treats OE and 0E as the same relay report.

Wolf range repair
Gas range
Open flames on top and a gas-fired oven below, all fed by one supply line behind the range and lit by igniters rather than a match.
Dual-fuel range
Gas burners on top and an electric oven below, the combination most professional-style ranges use, needing both a gas line and a 240-volt circuit.
Induction range
A glass top that heats the pan itself through copper coils and power boards, over an electric oven, with electronics doing almost all the work.
