What F33
actually means.
LG lists F33 and F34 as front induction burner temperature sensor errors. Each zone has a sensor under the glass that protects the pan and the glass from overheating.

What to do when F33 shows on the rangeKind of codeSurface elements and induction
A radiant element, a coil or an induction zone did not heat the way the control expected, or ran hotter than it should. The pan, the switch behind the knob and the wiring to the element come first; on induction, the power board and the coil under the glass are checked next. A zone that will not switch off, or a crack in the glass, means the breaker goes off before anything else.
Usually leads toSurface element and glass top repair
Electric zones that stay cold, run too hot or will not switch off, and cracked or damaged glass on radiant and induction models.
Shows up asRange Surface Element Not Heating
One coil or glass-top zone on an electric range stays cold, heats only weakly, or will not respond while the others work.
