Turn every burner or element off. ### All my knobs look off, yet my Samsung range still says the top is in use. Why? Check each knob is fully in the off position, including any bridge or warming zone. If every control is off and the message stays, book a visit so the knob switches can be checked. ### Can I run the burners while my Samsung range is in Self Clean? No. Samsung blocks Self Clean while the top is in use, so plan cleaning for a time you do not need the burners. --- **[Read on the site: Samsung range refusing Self Clean while burners are on](https://rangerepair.center/error-codes/samsung-top-in-use/)** **[Book a visit with RangeRepair.center](https://rangerepair.center/schedule/)**
