Look up the Demo mode steps for your model in the user manual and turn it off. ### Why do my Samsung gas burners light while the oven shows tESt and stays cold? That is how Demo mode behaves on gas models: burners ignite, but the oven will not heat. Turning Demo mode off in the settings brings the oven back. ### How did my Samsung range end up in tESt mode? Demo mode is a display-floor setting that can stay on after delivery or be turned on from the menu. It is a setting to change, not a part to replace. --- **[Read on the site: Samsung range showing tESt | RangeRepair.center](https://rangerepair.center/error-codes/samsung-test/)** **[Book a visit with RangeRepair.center](https://rangerepair.center/schedule/)**
