Replace the battery in the Cue pan. ### Do I need a technician for ER03 on my Hestan Smart Burner? No. ER03 is the Cue pan asking for a new battery, so the fix is a battery change. ### Can ER03 turn into ER02 on my Hestan? Hestan lists a dead or low battery as one reason the pan loses its Bluetooth link, which is ER02. Changing the battery at ER03 avoids that. --- **[Read on the site: Hestan Smart Burner showing ER03 | RangeRepair.center](https://rangerepair.center/error-codes/hestan-smart-burner-er03/)** **[Book a visit with RangeRepair.center](https://rangerepair.center/schedule/)**
