Cut power at the breaker for one to two minutes. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Is F8 on a GE Profile always a new control board? GE's wording says usually. Power supply and connections are checked first, because a board is an expensive guess. ### Can a breaker reset make F8 go away on my GE Profile? GE notes that a minute or two with the breaker off sometimes clears a code.
