F13 appears when the meat probe is inserted and a cooking mode other than Convection Bake, Convection Roast or Bake is chosen. The oven will not start those other modes with the probe in place. Fulgor Milano range display What to do when F13 shows on the range ### Kind of code Mode, not a failure Something the range was told to do, or a state it chose on purpose — a control lock, a Sabbath setting, a demo mode that lights the display but never heats, a pan warning on an induction zone. Nothing has worn out, and no part is needed. ### Usually leads to No repair Pick Convection Bake, Convection Roast or Bake, or unplug the probe and choose the mode you wanted. ### Shows up as Range Error Code The range display shows letters, numbers or a flashing symbol, beeps, and stops the oven, a cooking zone or a clean. ### Make Fulgor Milano An Italian cooking brand whose US lineup centers on professional-style gas, dual-fuel and induction ranges. ### Source Fulgor Milano F6PDF366S1 Use and Care Manual Sofia Pro dual-fuel range with meat probe (F6PDF366S1 manual); on double ovens the probe works only in the large cavity. ## Before you book, in this order. Each step comes from Fulgor Milano's own guidance for F13 on its ranges. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Pick Convection Bake, Convection Roast or Bake, or unplug the probe and choose the mode you wanted. ### Cleared? The range was set right without a new part. If the same message comes back while a burner or the oven is in use, or the range cuts out again, treat it as a new problem and book it. ### What not to do F13 is not a probe failure. A probe that is shorted or open shows a different message during cooking. ## What you may notice with it. The range problems F13 tends to arrive with. Pick Convection Bake, Convection Roast or Bake, or unplug the probe and choose the mode you wanted. ### Why won't my Fulgor Milano start broil with the meat probe in? The probe works only with Convection Bake, Convection Roast and Bake, so any other mode brings up F13. ### Does F13 mean my Fulgor Milano meat probe is broken? No. It is about the mode chosen; a damaged probe produces its own message while cooking. --- **[Read on the site: Fulgor Milano range showing F13 | RangeRepair.center](https://rangerepair.center/error-codes/fulgor-milano-f13/)** **[Book a visit with RangeRepair.center](https://rangerepair.center/schedule/)**
