Unplug the probe, turn the knobs to OFF and restart; if C-23 persists, cut power for at least 30 seconds. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Can I keep cooking on my Dacor after C-23 if I skip the probe? If C-23 clears with the probe unplugged and does not return, the oven can often be used without it. If it shows even with no probe inserted, the socket or wiring needs checking. ### Does C-23 on a Dacor mean the oven sensor failed too?
