Stop using the pan that was on the zone and test your cookware with a magnet. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Which pans avoid E6 on an AGA ERA? Pans a magnet holds firmly, with nearly flat bases, centered on the zone. AGA says 180 to 240 mm bases suit the hob well. ### Is E6 on my AGA ERA a sign the hob is damaged? Not by itself, but AGA warns that ignoring it with the wrong pans can cause damage.
